USA Shipping Policy

Scope & Disclaimer

  • This system is exclusively for USA customers to bypass global EMS stoppages caused by the removal of the de minimis tariff under President Trump.
  • Because we now have to use premium/ private courier service, free resends to USA is no longer be available
  • IASP is not responsible for shipping delays or tariff charges upon arrival in the USA.
  • By ordering, you accept responsibility for all applicable tariffs and fees.

Rules & Requirements

Contact Information

  • You must provide us with a valid phone number and email. We will give this to the courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). The carrier will notify you when your parcel(s) clear customs and require tariff payment.
  • Failure to pay fees or communicate will result in forfeiture or return of the parcel. Resends are voided in such cases.

Parcel Limits & Strategy

  • Oils and orals must be shipped separately to reduce detection risk.
  • Maximum oils per parcel: 150ml
  • Maximum orals per parcel: 6 pouches
  • Maximum Parcel Weight: 1kg
  • Larger orders will require multiple addresses or staggered deliveries (one parcel clears before the next ships).

  • Free shipping is unavailable due to premium courier costs.
  • Larger orders incur multiple parcels; costs/configurations are finalized via the ticket system.
  • Estimate fees upfront: DHL | FedEx | UPS (Calculate for 1kg parcels)

Exclusions

This system does not apply to Peptide Boxes.
