USA Tariffs
Customs & Border Protection requires customers to pay import tariffs for our products when shipped with a premium courier (DHL, UPS, & FedEx). This is normal! When your parcel arrives stateside, the shipping carrier will reach out to you to collect payment for these fees. The only way to avoid tariffs is to order non-peptide products from us and choose the EMS Standard Stealth shipping method.

Pro Tip: Pay these fees ASAP. Carriers frequently charge extra storage/warehousing fees if they have to babysit your parcel for too long. Once your payment clears, the carrier will submit your parcel to CBP for customs clearance. Ideally CBP releases your parcel quickly, and then it's on its way to your doorstep!
⚠️We do not refund orders that are abandoned at the port of entry or returned to us due to non-payment of tariffs.
⚠️While we mis-declare contents, we cannot cheat the system and value your order at $1, "free", or "gift", as this brings about substantial and unwanted scrutiny. The declared value must match the stealth props we send.
Mail Forwarder Warning
We discourage the use of mail forwarding companies. Per our terms of service, our transaction is completed with you the moment your parcel is marked "delivered". Any issues that arise after receipt by your forwarder are out-of-scope -- we cannot assist.

Advanced Express Stealth Shipping
This shipping method uses premium carriers such as DHL, UPS, & FedEx. Because these delivery partners employ more advanced screening technologies, we need to use alternate stealth packaging for the products themselves.

All of our peptide products ship out of Hong Kong, and are separate parcels from anything else in this store.
If your order contains only peptides, we will not assess any shipping fees -- you are only required to pay the import tariffs on your end.
If your order contains a mixture of peptides and other products, the shipping fees we charge will be calculated for the other products only.
Please keep in mind, all peptides are shipped without retail labels. If you ordered multiple types of peptides and need help decoding the code for each vial, please reach out to us on your order ticket.

Stealth shipping involves carefully concealing parcels to avoid detection. Our primary strategy is to create ambiguity that makes parcels uninteresting to inspect at ports of entry. We use a combination of misdeclaration, visual deception, and subtle manipulations to make parcels appear innocuous.

All stealth packaging is purposefully designed for safe passage through any customs inspection.
All packaging is also 100% sterile, meaning it's safe to use your product directly from the container it arrives in.
Some countries require more effort to achieve good clearance rates, and thus we dynamically adjust our packing strategy based on risk:
Low Detection Risk
Countries with minimal scrutiny for AAS-related goods. We employ:
- Minimal stealth measures.
- Simple misdeclaration and packaging modifications.
- Exploiting complacency among low-paid inspection officials.
Medium Detection Risk
Countries with moderate customs inspection capabilities. We may add:
- Advanced container disguises as everyday products (aromatherapy, cosmetics, etc.)
- Optional product shielding against scanner penetration
- Redundant delivery mechanisms for seizure cases
High Detection Risk
Countries with advanced customs inspection capability (such as Australia and Canada), require sophisticated countermeasures. We typically use:
- Materials that disrupt machine-based scanning technologies.
- Additional decoy/prop material that specifically exploits human limitations in machine-assisted inspections (trust in the machine).
We do consider special packaging requests, but these must be discussed before you place an order.
Stealth Upgrades:
You may wish to upgrade the stealth packaging of your order for several reasons. Most popular have been:
- Your spouse/partner/roommate is basically guaranteed-going-to-open your parcel, and you need it to look like something else.
- You're on the government watch list, probation, or an enemy of the state etc., and are subject to much higher scrutiny than the general population.
Additional shipping and prop charges will apply depending on the level of stealth you require.
Stealth Downgrades:
If you absolutely must have retail-labeled products (as displayed on this site), you can petition to partially opt-out of stealth packaging. This means we still send props in your package to misdirect customs, but the items themselves have proper retail labels and are in retail containers. Whether or not we can fulfill this request depends on your location and the items you wish to order. Stealth downgrades void any resend credits in all cases.
Delivery delays:
International shipments take many paths, but most follow a core trajectory:
- Origin postal service → International carrier
- Crosses borders via air/sea transport
- Enters destination country's import customs
- Local sorting and delivery
Inefficiency in any of these steps can cause delays. In addition, holidays, peak shipping periods, or bureaucratic hold-ups anywhere along the route can disrupt timely delivery.

We ship 99% of orders within 5 business days of confirming order payment. We do not ship parcels on weekends. The remaining transit time will depend on factors outside of our control. For average transit times, see the shipping method descriptions above.

IASP uses the tracking system operated by your delivery carrier to track and provide proof that a parcel has been delivered. When the system indicates 'delivered', 'received by' etc, then it is deemed to be so. Proof of delivery can be obtained from any carrier by email, and if requested they provide us with a scanned copy of the original signed delivery receipt for dispute resolution.
Shipping costs are incredibly volatile and depend mainly on the stealth props we add to your parcel to thwart detection at customs. Each shipping method description above outlines parcel limitations (number of products, max weight including props). We will calculate your shipping costs on your order support ticket shortly after you place your order.
The Fine Print:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure:
- You provide your complete and correct address in English.
- The name you provide is your full, real name, and you are not using a fake receiver name.
- No typos: What you type will be printed on the shipping label!
Important Limitations:
- Once shipped, we cannot make changes to names or addresses.
- Special delivery instructions are subject to the interpretation of your parcel delivery carrier. We are not liable if your carrier misinterprets or otherwise ignores these instructions.
- We cannot change or update any information in the carrier's system after a parcel ships.
