Why do I feel like shit?

From time to time, some customers will write in with "Hey, I feel like shit, what gives?"

As much as we'd love to be omniscient supreme beings capable of magically diagnosing problems given zero context, let's face it:

That's your job.

Processing the vast amount of online information regarding PED use can be overwhelming at times, but it's a part of the journey all must take. Some prefer to outsource this to a doctor they trust, which is cool too.

When it comes to PEDs (anabolic steroids in particular), there are countless ways to do it wrong, some more obvious than others. Here are a few examples:

TRY TO AGGRESSIVELY BULK & CUT SIMULTANEOUSLY, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
DON'T TRAIN, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
SIT ALL DAY, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
REPLACE SLEEP WITH TRIM30, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
DON'T DRINK ENOUGH WATER, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
DRINK TOO MUCH WATER W/O ELECTROLYTES, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
FAP TOO MUCH ON A CABER/TREN CYCLE, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
ABUSE NARCOTICS ON-CYCLE, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
DRINK ALCOHOL HABITUALLY ON-CYCLE, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
EAT FOODS/ADDITIVES THAT CAUSE INFLAMMATION, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
FORCE-FEED YOURSELF FOR GAINS, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.
UNDERGO CHRONIC STRESS, you will FEEL LIKE SHIT.

Even if you avoid most of the common sense pitfalls above, still expect to FEEL LIKE SHIT from time to time as you gain experience and learn what doses are appropriate for your body. This is your body telling you not enough, or too much. Make note of this and adjust! No sense in suffering endlessly because someone online told you that 500mg/week was the best dose ever. That being said, it's really hard to figure out what's causing something if you're doing polypharmacy (a bunch of PEDs, medicines, etc. all at once).
