Returns & Exchanges #
For product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchange (you wouldn't want us shipping you someone else's returned stuff).
Refunds #
Once your order has been shipped, we do not refund.
If your parcel is seized by customs, we do not refund - we resend 1 time when you send us a photo of the seizure letter.
If refund is inevitable, we can only refund via BTC or store credit. No exceptions.
