PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Your order cannot ship until we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Our accounting staff (the people who check and confirm your payments) work in a DIFFERENT TIME ZONE (~12-16 hours AHEAD of you), Monday-Friday. This means: To ensure your package is mailed out before the weekend (we don't ship on weekends), not only must you have paid, but ALSO, your payment must be CONFIRMED BY STAFF NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on any given THURSDAY. Otherwise, it will go out the next Monday.
- For Western Union and MoneyGram (and other transfer agents): Payment confirmation happens when the receiver on our end has picked up your payment. These receivers DO NOT LIVE IN THE LOBBIES OF WESTERN UNION. Do not expect your receiver to clear your payment same-day!
- For International Wire Transfer: Payment confirmation typically happens within 5 business days of sending.
- For Bitcoin: While we don't yet have real-time processing, this option is a LOT faster than anything above. Couple of quick guidelines:
- When sending, use a reasonable "mining fee". Don't cheap out on a few cents and keep your transaction unconfirmed for days on the blockchain. Most wallets have a setting to adjust "how fast" the payment is sent. Something in the middle should be just fine.
- Your transaction must have AT LEAST 6 confirmations on the blockchain for us to accept. With average fees, 6 confirmation may take a couple of hours.
We must receive your payment within 7 days. For certain payment methods (e.g. Western Union, bank transfers, etc), this means you should send as soon as possible.
If we don't receive it within this time period, your order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new one. No back-adjustments for previous sale prices or promotions will be given for these new orders.
Please do not attempt to send payment after 7 days for any reason.

- Where do you ship from?: INSIDE the continental USA.
- How long does shipping take? Its in the hands of postal service so anything is possible but we usually see domestic mail delivered within 3-5 days after you have received your tracking number.
- How is it packed?: Most orders are packed in a discrete box or envelope.
- How do I know when it's shipped?: Once your order is processed the order ticket will be updated with an ETA and tracking number.
- Can you tell the mail man where to leave my parcel? No, we have no control over where the mail man leaves it. It's your mail man, so you can put a sign up telling him where to put your deliveries.
- Damaged in Transit: We cannot replace product/s damaged in transit. Contact the mail provider for that.
- Returned to sender: We do not resend/replace orders that get "Returned to sender" due to incorrect shipping information on your part, or if you refuse/don't claim the package. We use random return addresses so there is no way for us to retrieve your packs.
- LOST Package: A lost package is defined as "30 days of no movement on the tracking screen or a the parcel has been returned to our return address". If a parcel is deemed lost or stolen we will offer 50% of the amount paid for the order via credits.
- How to collect a package: You do not need the tracking number to collect your parcel at the Post Office, all you need is the ID and address matching the shipping details on the parcel.
- We DO NOT ship to APOs from the USA domestic site - if you want us to send to your APO (at your risk) please order on the international website.

- A shipping and handling fee of $35USD will be included with each parcel (first parcel shipping is free) to cover the cost of shipping your order to another USA state and then on shipping across the border and to your location. The fee will also include the stealth and disguises we buy to pack your parcel for smooth shipping through customs.
- Orders will be broken down into $400 parcels. This is to ensure nice, sensible sized parcels go through customs undetected. The shopping cart will work this out for you automatically. Calculations are done on SUBTOTAL before any discounts are applied.

- If multiple percentage-based discounts apply to the same order, they stack multiplicatively (i.e. a value multiplier) – each successive discount reduces the base price used by discounts with a lower priority. Store Credits may be issued for a variety of reasons, including refunds, promotions, and other adjustments. They are functionally the same as cash. 1 store credit == 1 USD. Store credit can be used to pay EVERYTHING except shipping fees. If you wish to place a 100% store credit order, you'll need to qualify for free shipping. Store credits do NOT expire. Store credits are global over all IA sites - however they are fixed to USD. If a different IA site is running on a different currency (e.g. AUS), the value of 1 point of store credit will be adjusted appropriately.
