We are shouldering all the risks and costs to get the products in the US. Re-sends are not required since there is no customs inspection for domestic mail. We need to charge an extra processing fee on small orders to cover some expenses associated with small orders.

To keep the location of the USA domestic facility a mystery to good old law enforcement...we first ship your order to our on shipper in Illinois and then they ship it to the customers address. This adds a day or two to the shipping process but makes the operation untouchable if they try to follow the mail.
To cater to ever increasing order demands IA Superpharma USA now has decentralised shipping depots to help expedite the deliveries and work around the USPS mail delays. Deliveries to the East Coast may experience a days delay but deliveries to the West coast/Western USA will take less time to be delivered.
We are also implementing this system to enhance operational security and as such we will no longer be issuing tracking numbers unless the parcel has not been delivered or has been lost - the time of loss is deemed to be 30 days of no movement on the USPS tracking screen or a the parcel has been returned to our return address. If a parcel is deemed lost or stolen we will offer a replacement at 50% off the RRP price.
If you need a tracking update, we will track it for you. You do not need the tracking number to collect your parcel at the Post Office, all you need is the ID and address matching the shipping details on the parcel. Your understanding is appreciated in advance.
