Even if you avoid most pitfalls above, expect to feel bad on occasion as you gain experience and learn what doses are appropriate for your body. In the majority of cases, symptoms usually arise from consuming too much (dosage, food), and doing too little (movement).
Regarding drugs: While everyone is different, you will most likely feel best at the top end of your natural range (or slightly over). Don't make the more-is-better mistake. Often times reducing your dose a bit will bring back the energy and intensity you need to progress faster. Ironic right? No sense in suffering endlessly because someone online told you that 750mg/week was the best dose ever.
