Have you previously made and paid for an order on this site, the IASP USA-Lite site? If so, you are eligible. It's that simple.

When you set your "preferred shop" in your account section, keep this in mind -- whichever site you have selected needs to have ONE paid order in order to receive a coupon.

When does this deal go live? When/how are coupons sent?

It's live now! Enter your birthday asap! We will be sending out coupons for all 2024 birthdays!

We will mail you a coupon roughly one week before your set birthday, so January 1st babies will get their coupons during the last week of December!

...if you're just now reading this, and set your birthday to tomorrow, you will NOT receive a coupon! (so lie a bit and make it something at least several weeks out!)

Don't worry! No personally identifiable information will be sent over email, in-line with our existing email policy. Just the birthday coupon code itself and a generic happy birthday graphic. By the way -- even if you don't open your mailbox for years, your coupon will still be viewable on your coupons page while it is valid.

Do I need to enter my real birthday? Will you ever ask for proof?

Absolutely not! Feel free to enter any date you'd like, though we suggest you make it close to your real birthday so it feels like a gift from us to you!

I shop on multiple IASP sites. Can I get the birthday coupon on more than one site?

One coupon per year friends! That means you need to select your preferred shop before we send you your coupon. You can set your preferred shopping site on your edit account details page.

...and get the birthday coupon again next month? lol no. Whatever date you set is permanent once saved.

Can I cheat the system by creating a bunch of accounts to get birthday coupons on each new account?

It would largely be a waste of time for several reasons:

In order to avail of a birthday coupon, the account needs to have a previous purchase on-record. Brand new accounts do not qualify.
A small first order will cost substantial shipping fees.
Birthday coupons have a minimum-spend requirement of $450.
Your as your account total-lifetime-spend increases, you unlock deeper discounts in the membership tier system. By creating new accounts all the time and never upgrading tiers, you will be paying a higher price for each order.
Think about the buy-more-save-more promo.

I used an email address I no longer have access to to sign up for your site. How can I get the coupon?

No worries!

Check your coupons page. If you have been granted a coupon, it will show on that page. Also, if your account email address is no longer accessible (or you used a disposable / fake email address to sign up here back in the day), we strongly encourage you to go create a junk naughty email on one of the privacy-oriented email providers, and then change your email address to that in your account section.

Yes. You must add a minimum of $450 to your cart in order to checkout with the coupon.

Assuming you have at least $450 in your cart, there are two ways:

Type in the coupon code on the checkout screen.

You can't. Make sure to set your preferred shop well in advance! 1 Birthday, 1 Coupon, 1 site! Choose wisely...

Is the birthday coupon valid forever?

Sadly, no. We want your birthday to be special. Here's the limitation:

Coupon mailed out: A week before your birthday.

First day you can use the coupon: The day you receive it -- ~a week before your birthday.

Coupon expires: 2 weeks after your birthday.

In a nutshell, birthday coupons are valid for 3 weeks from issue.

Can I give this coupon to someone else?

You seem quite generous... but, why would you want to do that? It's your birthday!

This means: birthday coupons are only valid for the account they are issued to: you must be logged in as you to use it.
