This formulation combines two clinically used appetite-regulating compounds designed to support structured weight management when used alongside diet and lifestyle changes.

Phentermine (Duromine) is a prescription sympathomimetic agent used for short-term management of obesity. It works by reducing appetite through central nervous system stimulation and is indicated for patients with weight-related health risks under medical supervision.

Sibutramine (Trim / Reductrim) is a centrally acting serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor that was previously used for appetite control by enhancing satiety signals. It is no longer approved in many countries due to safety concerns and is restricted in clinical use.

Both compounds act on different pathways involved in appetite regulation and are intended only for use under qualified medical supervision where legally permitted.
