Some of our injectables are highly concentrated and will produce pain during injection and afterward (PIP) if injected directly. To prevent this, you need to dilute (cut) these HIGH-MG injectables with a carrier oil/base.

⚠️ Rule of Thumb: Generally, anything above 250mg/ml should be diluted before injection.

How to Dilute:

Determine which base you need:
Look at the ingredients list on the product page OR on the label.
• Made with Grape seed oil (GSO)? Dilute with Sterile Oil.
• Made with PEG/MEG/Glycol base? Dilute with PEG/MEG BASE.
Mix your product:
Mix with the corresponding base in a syringe (or a new sterile vial). Initially, mix with a 1:1 ratio, diluting more if needed.
Example: Mix 0.5ml of Gigatest 750 with 0.5ml grape seed oil in the same syringe.

SUSTEX

Sustanon (also called Sustex in some products) is a mixed testosterone ester formulation that combines fast-acting (propionate, phenylpropionate) and long-acting (isocaproate, decanoate) esters. This blend is designed to provide both an initial rise and a sustained release of testosterone over time, helping maintain more stable hormone levels after injection.

Packaging: Single vial with silicone stopper, containing 10ml of product.

NOTE: This product is designed to be injected with a frequency that matches the shortest ester (Testosterone Propionate). This product will need to be injected every second day to avail of its full effects and any blood drawn for testing will need to be taken within 48 hours of the previous injection

Dosage & administration:

Half life: between 24 hours and 10 days
Adult dose (Male): 200mg-1200mg EOD, ETD or EFD by intramuscular injection
Adult dose (Female): 25-100mg EOD, ETD or EFD by intramuscular injection
Average Cycle Length: 4-12weeks following an EOD injection pattern. Male hormone replacement therapy sees 1ml of Sus250mg injected every three weeks ongoing
