How to get the oil out of a stealth sachet?

Stealth sachets! The ultimate customs proof stealth delivery method is here!

If you live in a high detection risk country or simply wish to import gear in a disguise that can fool your mother, wife or girlfriend then look no further than IA’s range of stealth injectables. IA SuperPharma’s stealth sachets are double sealed aluminum pouches designed to transport oil products in all environments with a shelf life of 3 years. Each sachet holds 10ml of liquid. The sachets are just as sterile as our vials and the product inside them is identical to our vial range and packaged in a pharmaceutical environment. Sterility, quality and above all delivery success rates are guaranteed. It will take a little getting used to when you first start to use the sachet method but rest assured after the first sachet has been opened and the oil drawn into a syringe you will quickly become an expert and see how easy it is to do.

How to draw the oil from the sachet – you need a 10ml sterile syringe, sterile 21 or 23 gauge needle and some alcohol swabs (Also vials if your transferring to glass)

Step 1

Gently wipe one corner of the sachet and leave it to dry for 5 minutes

Step 2

Take your sterile syringe with the needle attached and pierce the corner of the sachet. Gently push the needle into the sachet 10mm and then start to draw out the oil into the syringe. It will take maybe a minute to empty the sachet but remember there is no rush, the oil is still completely sterile.

Step 3

When the oil is drawn into the syringe you now have two storage options:

  1. Either change the needle on the syringe and place it in a cool dark place – the oil is sterile inside the syringe and will remain so for 3 years (I have personally used oils from syringes I have kept stored for over 2 years with no loss of performance or sterility).
  2. Soak a 10ml glass vial and its rubber stopper in alcohol, empty the alcohol out and leave to dry for 10 minutes, inject the oil from the syringe into the vial and cap and seal as usual. Once again, the oil is shelf stable for 3 years and completely sterile.
