Trim 30 (sibutramine, also known as Reductrim) is a centrally acting serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine reuptake inhibitor that increases satiety by raising neurotransmitter levels in the brain.
It is structurally related to amphetamines and was used for weight loss by reducing appetite and cravings, especially for carbohydrates.
