Methasterone (often called Superdrol) is an oral anabolic steroid that was never approved for medical use and is considered a “designer steroid.” It is a 17α-alkylated compound, which allows it to remain active when taken orally.
It is structurally related to drostanolone (Masteron), but its oral activity and chemical modifications give it strong anabolic effects along with a higher risk of liver toxicity.
