All prices for ordering & payment are in US DOLLAR (USD) this is because you will be sending an international transfer and all international transfers use the USD as the transfer currency. Prices shown on the Australian site are in USD for this reason.
MINIMUM ORDER -
International site: There is no minimum order amount as such but there is a mandatory shipping fee for small orders set at $50usd per transaction. This covers the actual average cost of shipping up to 500g anywhere in the world with EMS. Free shipping and free seizure resends are only available on orders submitted using the WARLORD and BANGBANG coupon codes.
USA domestic site: There is minimum order amount set at $250usd (subject to change each month).
Australian site: There is a minimum order set at $200usd (subject to change each month).

ORDERING FROM THE PHILIPPINES?
IA SuperPharma is based in the Philippines and caters to local customers as well. All prices are the same (but covered from USD in PHP for local transaction methods) and shipping is free. Place your order like normal on the International site and we will contact you with local bank account information for deposit/send money details and total amount to be paid in Philippine Peso (PHP).
CHANGING YOUR ORDER?
All orders can be modified as long as it has not been shipped yet. You can place a new order anytime or if it’s just a simple revision, you can edit your order when you sign into your account. If you have already paid for your order and want to change payment methods or quickly change shipping address (examples), you can send us a support ticket and we can make the necessary changes as long as your order has not been shipped yet.
For product safety reasons, we do not accept returns and exchange for both domestic and international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, we do not refund. Same applies if your parcel get's seized by customs, we do not offer refunds. We have a free resend feature for seized parcels (if the WARLORD and BANGBANG codes have been used) so please read our FAQs, Shipping Policy and Stealth Shipping for more information.
WORLD REMIT BANK DEPOSIT
Slow but reliable. Takes up to 5 days to clear into our bank accounts. It is recommended that customers go to an actual World Remit agent to perform the transfer instead of doing it online or via the app. All World Remit transfers should be in US Dollars (USD) and not converted to Philippine Peso. World Remit transfers converted to Philippine Pesos will not be accepted and your order will not be processed. Detailed instructions will be provided to the customer to ensure that transfers will be in US Dollars.
WESTERN UNION/MONEY GRAM CASH PICKUP
Almost the best and fastest methods but please allow up-to 5 working days for us to pick up and confirm receipt of transaction (remember that we are 12 hours ahead of the USA and weekends and holidays can interrupt pickup's). It is recommended that customers go to an actual Western Union/Money Gram agent counter to do the transfer instead of doing it online or via the app. All Western Union/Money Gram transfers should be in US Dollars (USD) and not converted to Philippine Pesos. Western Union/Money Gram transfers converted to Philippine Pesos will not be accepted and your order will not be processed. Detailed instructions will be provided to the customer to ensure that transfers will be in US Dollars.
Best, fastest, safest and cheapest method (with the best IA discounts available) but due to fluctuating Bitcoin exchange rates, please make sure that you will be sending the correct Bitcoin amount corresponding to your US Dollar payment total at the time of transfer. We will not process orders that are not paid in full. Please send a photo showing the Bitcoin amount and equivalent US Dollar amount sent with the transaction ID. It is the customer’s responsibility to research how to use Bitcoin.
