Ordering, Payments & Shipping

• Due to improved efficiencies orders will strictly be cancelled if payment is not made in three (3) days. No extensions.
• You will have to place a new order if your previous order had already been cancelled.

• For the protection of our team, all payments will still be to the Philippines.
• We suggest that you get a Bitcoin wallet for easier & faster payment - substantial discounts are offered for crypto payments so it's well worth the effort of learning how they work.

• Our ONLY accepted payment options are:
  • Bitcoin
  • International Wire Transfer (bank to bank)
  • Western Union & Moneygram cash pick-up
  • Remitly, WorldRemit (along with many similar other transfer agents)

  • Credit cards
  • CIM or COD

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

Your order cannot ship until we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Our accounting staff (the people who check and confirm your payments) work in a DIFFERENT TIME ZONE (~12-16 hours AHEAD of you), Monday-Friday. This means: To ensure your package is mailed out before the weekend (we don't ship on weekends), not only must you have paid, but ALSO, your payment must be CONFIRMED BY STAFF NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on any given THURSDAY. Otherwise, it will go out the next Monday.

• For Western Union and MoneyGram (and other transfer agents): Payment confirmation happens when the receiver on our end has picked up your payment. These receivers DO NOT LIVE IN THE LOBBIES OF WESTERN UNION. Due to COVID issues in Philippines, receiving branches have limited hours. Do not expect your receiver to clear your payment same-day!

• For International Wire Transfer: Payment confirmation typically happens within 5 business days of sending.

• For Bitcoin: While we don't yet have real-time processing, this option is a LOT faster than anything above. Couple of quick guidelines:
  • When sending, use a reasonable "mining fee". Don't cheap out on a few cents and keep your transaction unconfirmed for days on the blockchain. Most wallets have a setting to adjust "how fast" the payment is sent. Something in the middle should be just fine.
  • Your transaction must have AT LEAST 6 confirmations on the blockchain for us to accept. With average fees, 6 confirmation may take a couple of hours.

We must receive your payment within 7 days. For certain payment methods (e.g. Western Union, bank transfers, etc), this means you should send as soon as possible.

If we don't receive it within this time period, your order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new one. No back-adjustments for previous sale prices or promotions will be given for these new orders.

Please do not attempt to send payment after 7 days for any reason.

• Shipping schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY.
• Orders mailed out: Within 72 HOURS AFTER your payment is CONFIRMED.
• Looking for priority shipping? Sorry it's temporarily disabled.
• Express (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Express) is NOT AVAILABLE under any circumstance. Airplanes, detection scanners, and our products do not mix well.
• Multiple Parcels: If your order requires packing into more than 1 box, each additional box will mail out on a DIFFERENT BUSINESS day to minimize risk. Please allow time for this!
• Business days are: Every day that is not a weekend or holiday.
• Tracking Numbers will be entered into your order details in your account. It is your responsibility to track them. Order not arrived within 14 days of your payment confirming? CONTACT US. 
• Where do you ship from?: INSIDE the continental USA.
• How long does shipping take? Its in the hands of USPS so anything is possible, could be 5 days, could be 3 weeks depending on what the USPS retards are doing.
• Who do you ship with? USPS, the United States Postal Service.
• How is it packed?: Most orders are packed in a USPS box or envelope.
• How do I know when it's shipped?: Once your order is processed by USPS, your order ticket will be updated with an ETA.
• Can you tell the mail man where to leave my parcel? No, we have no control over where the mail man leaves it. It's your mail man, so you can put a sign up telling him where to put your deliveries.
• Damaged in Transit: We cannot replace product/s damaged in transit. Contact USPS for that.
• Returned to sender: We do not resend/replace orders that get "Returned to sender" due to incorrect shipping information on your part, or if you refuse/don't claim the package. We use random return addresses so there is no way for us to retrieve your packs.
• LOST Package: A lost package is defined as "30 days of no movement on the USPS tracking screen or a the parcel has been returned to our return address". If a parcel is deemed lost or stolen we will offer a replacement at 50% off the RRP price.
• How to collect a package at USPS: You do not need the tracking number to collect your parcel at the Post Office, all you need is the ID and address matching the shipping details on the parcel.
• We DO NOT ship to APOs from the USA domestic site - if you want us to send to your APO (at your risk) please order on the international website.

• The USA domestic site will ship to Canada using standard road mail, USPS in full stealth packaging to avoid detection.
• Stealth shipping will include dummy labels, disguised as 'other items' to avoid customs detection. For a detailed overview on stealth shipping, please read the "stealth shipping FAQ on the international website - its the same process and same systems used.
• Stealth shipping test parcels have been sent 27 times in the last 6 weeks and all have passed customs without detection.
• All parcels will come with a free seizure resend guarantee for peace of mind
• Same day shipping will apply to all orders paying with Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash however Canadian parcels will be sent to other USA states before being shipped to Canada. This is to avoid detecting the main USA domestic operation so please allow an additional few days before your tracking number to Canada is available.
• A shipping and handling fee of $35USD will be included with each parcel to cover the cost of shipping your order to another USA state and then on shipping to Canada and the cost of Canadian shipping. The fee will also include the stealth and disguises we buy to pack your parcel for smooth shipping through customs.
• Orders will be broken down into $400 parcels, and orders to Canada are capped at $1200. This is to ensure nice, sensible sized parcels go through customs undetected. The shopping cart will work this out for you automatically. Calculations are done on SUBTOTAL before any discounts are applied.
• Shipping schedule: We ship daily Monday-Friday, and on Saturdays for special cases. We will ship orders within 3 business days after getting the confirmation that the payment has already cleared/ picked up. This applies to NON CRYPTO CURRENCY PAYMENT OPTIONS. Business days do not include weekends and holiday.

• All parcels will come with a free seizure resend guarantee for peace of mind

• If multiple percentage-based discounts apply to the same order, they stack multiplicatively (i.e. a value multiplier) - each successive discount reduces the base price used by discounts with a lower priority. For example, if two 10% discounts apply to the same product, the total discount is 19% (10% for the first discount, then 10% calculated from the reduced 90% price for the second discount).

• No return and/or exchange after products have been shipped.
• Refunds can only be processed if your order has not been shipped yet. And only through Bitcoins.
• Once the product/s leave our office, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
• We will also not replace product/s damaged in transit. Contact USPS for that.
• All parcels will have fake return addresses so if you fail to pick up your mail or provided us the wrong address, there will be no resend.

• Unlike IA SUPERPHARMA INTERNATIONAL, we do not offer a resend because your packs will less likely be inspected/confiscated by Customs.
• We will only resend if our team:
  • Sent it to the wrong address (i.e different from the one you typed in).
  • Sent you the wrong item/s.
  • Need to replace a bad stock/ has a recall.
  • Was a Canadian order seized at customs
• We will also not replace product/s damaged in transit. Contact USPS for that.
• All parcels will have fake return addresses so if you fail to pick up your mail or provided us the wrong address, there will be no resend or any refund.

• All issues with the received order should be communicated to IA LITE USA within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• What are the issues we can resolve?

  • Missing item/s
  • Wrong dosage received (Test-E 300 instead of Test-E 500)

Store Credits may be issued for a variety of reasons, including refunds, promotions, and other adjustments. They are functionally the same as cash. 1 store credit == 1 USD. Store credit can be used to pay EVERYTHING except shipping fees. If you wish to place a 100% store credit order, you'll need to qualify for free shipping. Store credits do NOT expire. Store credits are global over all IA sites - however they are fixed to USD. If a different IA site is running on a different currency (e.g. AUS), the value of 1 point of store credit will be adjusted appropriately.
