IA Superpharma Australia Lite is very different from IA Superpharma International. It is important to familiarize yourself with IA Australia Lite’s rules before submitting an order.

General Info

What is IA SUPERPHARMA LITE AUSTRALIA?
  • Simple - The AUSTRALIAN domestic branch of IA Superpharma. The product range is smaller but offers the necessary gear you need. Since its manufactured inside Australia there are no customs clearance issues and products will arrive on average about 7 days after you have paid for your order.
  • IA Superpharma AUSTRALIA-LITE only sells and ships within AUSTRALIA.
Can I still order from IA SuperPharma International?
  • Yes. It will be a separate order with separate invoice and billing, and will be shipped from Asia. Click HERE to return to the international site.  International orders are separate from AUSTRALIA-LITE orders, if your International order is seized we will not resupply you from the AUSTRALIA-LITE domestic stock. 
What is your minimum order?

Minimum order is $200 AUD. We set it at this price point so it makes it commercially viable to process the order. Discounts and promos can bring you under $200. This is OKAY. Our site just requires subtotal be $200AUD or more to checkout.

Is there a resend guarantee?

Resends are not required since there is no customs inspection for domestic mail and we do not send for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to very limited inventory, all orals are sold in 60 capsules per pack.

ORDERING, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING

Orders
  • Due to improved efficiencies orders will strictly be cancelled if payment is not made in three (7) days. No extensions.
  • You will have to place a new order if your previous order had already been cancelled.
Payments
  • For the protection of our team, all payments will still be sent to the Philippines.
  • We suggest that you get a Bitcoin wallet for cheaper, easier & faster payment.
  • Our ONLY accepted payment options are Bitcoin (recommended), Western Union, Money Gram, and WorldRemit cash pick-up.
  • WE DO NOT & WILL NOT ACCEPT:
    • Credit cards
    • Paypal
    • CIM or COD
    • Bank to bank transfers
  • Orders will be shipped within 5 days of receiving cleared funds.
Shipping
  • Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received. Business days do not include weekends and holiday.
  • TRACKING NUMBERS WILL NOT BE GIVEN – this is for your safety, we will retain it in case we need to track it.
  • All orders are packed in a AUSPOST box/envelope and dispatched using standard mail satchels. 
  • All orders will be shipped via AUSPOST domestic mail. You will not be given a tracking number.
  • Once your order is processed by AUSPOST, your order will be updated with an ETA.
  • We will also not replace product/s damaged or lost in transit. 
  • Express mail shipping is currently included free of charge for N.T. / W.A. / TAS only.
Returns & Refunds
  • No return or exchange once a parcel has been shipped.
  • Refunds can only be done if your order has not been processed and can only be refunded via Bitcoins.
  • Once the product/s leave our office, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • We will also not replace product/s damaged or lost in transit.
  • All parcels will have fake return addresses so if you fail to pick up your mail or provided us the wrong address, there will be no resend.
Resend
  • Unlike IA SUPERPHARMA INTERNATIONAL, we do not offer a resend because your packs will not be seized or confiscated by Customs.
  • We will only resend if our team:
    • Sent it to the wrong address.
    • Sent you the wrong item/s.
Problems with received order
  • All issues with the received order should be communicated to IA LITE AUSTRALIA within 72 hours of receiving your order.  We take photos of the packed parcels for future proof that all contents were correct prior to shipping. 
  • What are the issues we can resolve?
    • Missing item/s
    • Wrong dosage received (Test-E 300 instead of Test-E 500 etc)

EMAIL ADDRESS?

For your protection, we have moved away from sending or receiving sensitive information over email. All IA SUPERPHARMA LITE-AUSTRALIA order related inquiries should be directed to us via support ticket.  However, general emails can still be sent to [email protected] for general enquiries but priority will be given to customers logged into the website and raising support tickets. 

Do not send sensitive content to [email protected] (such as payment receipts or address information) all of that information is now handled inside the website when you have logged in. This makes it impossible for law enforcement agencies to intercept transmissions from and too our email addresses or the website itself. Safety First!
